Comprehensive Pipe Rack (Phase I) Project in Baisha Park of Zhengdong New District
It is the first PPP project in Zhengdong New District and the first landing project after the Zhengzhou City is selected as the national underground comprehensive pipe rack pilot city. The construction of pilot project takes the regional development orientation into account in an overall way and links up with that of municipal pipeline, underground space, road traffic, rail traffic, old city reconstruction, village merger into town and new district development, etc. This Project is located in the core area of Baisha Park of Zhengdong New District and includes the comprehensive pipe rack in the northern public service area and that in the southern high-end business district.
